Xerox DC252 error code 091-311

Hello guys ,hope yo all safe and well, am having trouble woth a xerox dc252 showing 091-311,i have replaced the charge coroton,replaced new black drum,i have also replaced the pre-clean motor assy from behind ,i am now abit stuck ,any ideas will be much appreciated,thanks

sorry I don't remember dc252 having that fault code I remember that 91-310 is a waste auger is blocked but they usually group faults together is same area of copier. May want to double check the fault.

Yes ,i did check the cc cleaner motor ,i even had to change it from a working machine but all invain,error code is still on , just wondering if theres a reset procedure i can do ,pliz any idea is most welcome.

Problem solved ,thanks to everyone who tried to help, now the reason why the machine was declaring 091-311 is because the CC motor sensor was not being powered ,its cabled had been broken.fixed it and now machine is very fine.
