I cleaned all the mirrors but the tape is still there,just copying.

You attached picture is too small to see what the problem really is. Do you mean the shadow?
Which way the original is copied?
Long or short side first?
From the platen glass or through ADF (document feeder).

Your picture is indeed way to small, but if I see correctly you just need to calibrate the margins for the IIT, which is very simple for these series.
