    Error 116-321 on C75

This morning when I switched the trusted C75 on I immediately got Error 116-321. I was out of the office for a few days and think that the machine was on when the power tripped. What could have caused this error and how to correct it?

    Re: Error 116-321 on C75

I switched the machine off and on several times. Also at the Main switch. Still same error. I cant seem to be able to get into any menus on it. I switches on and lights flash and within seconds it displays the error in red on the screen. Serice manual says its a System Soft Fatal Error - and to perform OF01 common System Fail. In OF01 it talks about getting log file and the like - where would I find them - OR do I now need to get the Xerox tech out here - gees these guys here in our Country are sooo Daft and expensive, perfer to try something myself - managed pretty well so far.

    Any suggestions?

    Give the following a try:

Make sure the machine is powered off.
Press and Hold the Energy Saver Button as you Power-On the machine.
Once the machine is in Software Download Mode, release the Energy Saver Button.
Press and Hold the Start Button until you see "Processing" on the UI Screen.

Allow the machine to reboot and see if the problem persists.
