Hoi,
I'm a Ricoh technician, so excuse me my - perhaps - stupid question:
There is a bleu smear only on color printouts.
Customer says he recently has replaced all pcu's, F.U. and transfer belt.
He only uses original Xerox products.
Is there a simple solution?

going to exclusion, the cyan developer remained

Probably Cyan R2 Drum Unit. Part number: 013R00660. Make sure the LSU for cyan is cleaned too.

yes ,it's comes with drum and developer unit in one set.

When you said transfer belt replaced I understand a whole unit was changed. If not then disassemble ITB unit, check and clean metal roller under the belt.
Drum R2 unit is a one part (developer + drum)
