Xerox 1000 Jam Error 77-941

Hi All

On our Xerox 1000 we are getting a constatnt paper jam error 77-941. The entire day!!! It prints about 3 pages and then the error appears - -I tried just about every thing - short of putting it all on fire!

Anny suggestions?

This error indicates a Paper Size Mismatch during feeding. So it thinks it's feeding a different size than what you told it you were feeding. The obvious is to power on/ power off. Make sure your stock in the drawers matches the size profile in the stock settings and the paper is stacked clean and the upright paper guides are nice against the stock. If all that is in order, start cleaning all the paper tray sensors .... there are 7 sensors in each drawer. The drawer you are feeding from when the jam happens is obviously the one with the dirty or bad sensor.
