It's weird that the black looks just fine on the color prints. Makes it seems like it's only a problem with high coverage?

Strange I bough the entire unit for HST. And some other parts like leveler for hat area.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. After changing the waste toner box, did you you check and empty the entire waste toner auger system?

Looks like a transfer problem to me... have you tried replacing the 2nd BTR?

Thanks all. yeah I cleaned out the 2nd BTR unit. I think after the issue of waste toner and dev spilling back into the unit might have led to it being extremely messy. I wasn't ale to strip it down fully ( the tech will do that tomorrow but I was able to empty it, blow it out and the print quality improved. I ran several test and was very impressed.
i think though the lens especially the magenta one needs cleaning badly because the magenta unit cover plastic got torn off so it was running like that for a while and spilling all over . So I'm seeing like fades in the magenta red etc print.
Will provide pics and more info tomorrow
but thanks all for the help so far. I really appreciate it.

Yes what I realise in the waste toner box (was causing the noise), seems like the toner was built up at the entrance into the waste toner box because when i opened the door and began sliding it out like it just blew out and from then no more noise but the BTR seems like was the issue getting all prints good but magenta so will check the lens as they might be dirty.
Wished if the lens were easy to clean like those in Konika etc lol

So I'm back to square one.
After cleaning the lasers because they were dirty bad. We are now back to horizontal lines in prints.
The first image is the completed print.
Then the infused print then the 2nd BTR then the IBT

    Quite rare the defect
To determine what may be happening, do the following:
Send a print using tray 5, when the rear edge enters the machine, stop printing by opening the front door, remove the transfer belt assembly and observe the image that was formed, if it is correct the problem is transfer, check 2nd BTR drive, maybe the clutch drive is failure.
