we really need more info than that:

are they using compatible supplies?

when did this problem first appear?

have you checked the print driver to make sure the " print in B&W only " box isn't checked?

are there any error codes showing in the list?

have you cleaned the machine completely?

do you have the manual for the unit?

what have you done?

I read all these threads just to see if I can learn something. I know Phil is known as "The Dentist" but he shouldn't have to pull all this information out of people. When I see the total lack of information given it makes me think the person is an end-user because any good tech knows to give as much info. as possible. And it wastes a LOT of time having to extract the information needed.
