The pattern does not appear to be repeating at all.
I've seen that and it's to the ITB unit. Do you change the entire unit or just the belt?
IMHO to change JUST the belt and not to clean the rollers is a waste of time... toner/paper dust can get under the belt and collect on the rollers causing PQ/CQ issues.
also I hope he cleaned/changed the cleaner assmy
Have you checked if metal roollers under ITB Belt are not scratched? I have seen similar problem on 71xx and found scratched roller (probably someone tried clean it but damaged it instead).
Very true. I often see that the drive roller has wear too. It isn’t spared so that means changing the entire assembly.
