Hi there guys no matter how kuch I clean it off it still end up like the photo is showing.wat can be causing this?

Do you just clean the roller or the entire 2nd BTR unit ?

There is a tray in the 2nd BTR that has a build up of toner. You need to get in with a vacuum and clean it all out.
