I would suggest following the RAP for the code.
Xerox is VERY particular in their repair actions..
follow the MANUAL to the LETTER.
have u checked the voltage on the harnesses to/from the PWB that you replaced?
check the harness for cuts/pinches/extreme bends/crimps in any of the harnesses involved?
report back

I will follow the instruction.. thank u
041-356 Motor Drive PWB F11 Fuse Fail
Bsd-on:CH1.13, CH1.6, CH1.9, CH6.11
Fuse 11 on the Motor Drive PWB has blown.
This Fail is the Sub System Fail and when this Fail occurs, +24VDC_C13 and +24VDC_Intlk will be cut off. (Refer to BSD CH1.8, CH1.10)
Procedure
Turn OFF the power and remove the Rear Lower Cover. Measure the resistance of the Motor Drive PWB (F11).
Is the resistance 5 Ohm or higher?
Yes No
Check the connection between the LVPS_CP1U J509-2 and the Motor Drive PWB J400-1 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
Disconnect the following connectors from the Motor Drive PWB and measure the resistance between each connector terminal and the GND.
- J411-3 (1ST BTR CONT/RET Sensor)
- J416-4 (Temp & Humidity Sensor)
- J416-12 (ADC Sensor)
- J417-3 (Toner Container Position Sensor)
- J417-6 (Toner Container Full Sensor)
- J418-18 (ATC Sensor Y)
- J420-1 (Fusing Unit Exit Sensor)
- J420-4 (P/Roll Latch Sensor)
- J420-9 (Belt Speed Sensor)
- J424-3 (ATC Sensor K)
- J424-6 (ATC Sensor M)
- J424-9 (ATC Sensor C)
- J425-5 (T1 Level Sensor)

Is the resistance 5 Ohm or higher for all?
Yes No
Check the following:
- The connections that are in earth fault (at 5 ohm or lower) for short circuits.
- The target components for internal short circuits.
Replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2)

I attached the error code according to the manual.
Try making sure the power source / power outlet on the wall is giving stable voltage of 220v.
