DC IV C2260 tray 2-3-4 always paper jam

Hi,

I have a fuji xerox DC IV C2260 (equivalent to Xerox WC 7120).

TOday customer complaint that they can't use tray 2, tray 3, and tray 4.
It pulls a bit, and then jammed at the area near tray 2.

tray 1 is working perfectly.

Things I've done to solve this:
1. checked feed rolls, all are in good condition.
2. Cleaned all the transport rolls.
3. checked the registration clutch. rusty. So I replaced the registration clutch.

but the problem still persist.


Anybody had similar experience like this? could you share

I'm thinking replacing the registration idler gear.

Please share error report history or error code that showing on the screen when perform using tray 2,3,4 .such as 072-105 etc

I would try install all 3 feed rollers from Tray 1 to Tray 2 and even swap Tray2 with Tray1. In 7120 trays there is a black triangle shape plastic gear (sorry I know its not called gear but I am not sure what is the English word) at the back (it lifts the tray). It can be cracked or broken.
