Xerox 250 not reading new Magenta magenta toners.

I have a problem with Xerox 250 the machine does not recognise Magenta toner.
the Fiery server was just replaced, and the machine had been standing for 2 months. with out being used. the magenta that was in it was 50% full. took it out and tried 4 other brand new original toners and same error on screen. tried restarting a few times, and started up without the server, same problem. tried removing all other toners.. but just ends in the magenta error see attached images. Is there some sensor in the machine that might be broken? of so what is the name or item number. ?
if anyone has dealt with this problem would be great to get ideas on what to check... or replace.

get the manual read up on the "CRUM" reader board.

are they genuine OEM Xerox toners or 3rd party crapola?

are you sure you haven't got metered toners while the machine is expecting Sold units?

these ara all like I said brand new orginal Xerox toners and right market yes. .. and I also have the 50% toner that was in the machine and was working fine. when I turned it off to replace the fiery server.
