xerox 700 077-311

Hi New to the site and thank you for any help you could give
xerox 700 with constant 077-311 error and vibrating from nip roller on warm up
have replaced with working decurler unit and new one but same errors and vibrations, rails was slightly out of alignment and have been replaced
any suggestions will be much appreciated, customer losing work after just starting up and trying to help

IMHO anyone that tries working on a Xerox unit WITHOUT a manual is shooting himself in the foot from the jump.

very true, i will request as soon as i possibly can, have to wait 15 days
has always been in the past replace the unit but stumped with this one

Visualy inspect invertor release motor and drive belt.

all is clean free from any toner all been greased up
there is no reason for this to fail

have you tested in the SM motor test?

yup 010-011 and 010-012 both vibrate

you can try change the front door interlock, sometimes can solve it.
