7835 needs activation code

I work in refurbished machines, most of the time I have to do 616-014 to change the machine to customer mode but I did an 'oppsy!', instead of changing the value from 0 to 4 I changed it to 2, and this of course made a total reset and the machine now displaying 'supplies plan courtesy prints' massage asking for activation code or the machine will stop functioning after 4000 print.
if someone have a solution for this situation I would be thankful.

I am not sure if Egyptian xerox support would help lol, but I guess I don't have any other options.
