did you keep the disc/docs that came with the 'new' copier?

who set it up at your place?

since it was 'new' did you call your supplier or xerox?

have you got and read the manual for this machine?

what HAVE you done?

I'm copier tech ( Canon/ kyoerca) I did not worked for this kind before my costumer have this machine without USB software and without Keygen he lost it

How I can get the Software key to start it ?
