    Xerox 7120 error 062-311 when scan store to folder only on Use the document glass

    Xerox c7120 / IV c2260 error code 062-311 when scan "store to folder" only on Use the document glass.

    but if use document feeder it's ok
    Copy and Print is alright.

    change HDD result is the same

    What can i do next?

    the error could be caused by the flat cable of the scanner damaged, if possible also update the firmware
