    C75 bad prints

Hey there guys it's been months since we've been able to get a consistent week of prints from the C75.
It's been one thing or another. Now we are getting these faded looking prints
Can't pinpoint what it is. We've changed all the colour drums. Think the black drum was new as well but all the colour have been changed since late December.
    Please assist thanks

looks like bad dev units... bad transfer..or dirty laser glass.

what are the counts on the unit?

    OEM drums and toners?

if you do a stop test is the image on belt and drums good or faded?

you really need to tell us what you have done besides swapping drums.

    Toners new
Drums all new drums placed this January
    Black placed in late December.
I'll get the counts. Not high the printer hasn't run properly since October. Installed new B/C laser unit. The dev units are all but new with the exception of thr black as in all were replaced last quarter of last year.
The magenta dev unit cover plastic was torn I replaced it but it still spills so I've ordered a full replacement cover due in Friday. Well that dependa.
But thats it really fuser 89% the only time don't get that heavy fade is black and white.

    Hi all,

Is the white connector on the back of the 2nd BTR plugged in? Is there a toner buildup at this connector? Arcing at this connector or a disconnected connector will result in faded image transfer from the IBT belt.

    Hope this helps.

Pull the dev units..spin the mag roller.. does it get even coverage.
Letting a unit sit for a while can affect dev units .. belts.. fuser...
    Esp if left powered on.
    Clean all sensors..internals.. run calibrations.
    Post pdfs of results.

    Thanks for the feedback.
I was wondering about the fact it's been offline for a while. We hadn't had it on much to be honest. Just been using a small Konika unit.
Bu I'll try what yiu suggest. So you think it may be the magenta. The tech came in cleaned the laser it was ok for about 50 prints then back again. I'm just wondering if it can spill that bad back on the lasers though?

Make sure you are using genuine toner in your machine!!!!
this problem happens when the original toner is not used.
