WC 6027 CE mode

Hi,

Is there guidance on MFG setting password for WC 6027? 6789 doesn't work. I am trying to understand what options beyond NVM reset exist

I also downloaded the CD from xerox but don't see a printer settings option in the Xerox Launcher

any advice? i'm looking to totally reset the firmware due to a reading problem with toner or similar options.

your toner problem could be because you are using the wrong toner.

get the service manual.

Thanks for the suggestion. I reviewed the service manual as linked in prior threads and it does not make any mention of the CE Mode.
