Hey there guys iave this faded drum area on my Pru t's. Now I've changed I think two new drums colour. I thought was coming from the lack but doesn't seem so. Can I get some idea as to where this may be coming from. Please take a look at the image please. Thanks
Changed the magenta and Cyan drum already and the black drum is new but thought maybe something was wrong.

Ok another little note the black and white print is print just as that black and white the colour as CMYK.
The dev units basically all new.
The lasers are cleaned as I've brought in the tech twice and he's cleaned them.
The Ros laser K/C is brand new. The unit was sitting idle basically since last October due to some other issues not relating to print. The belt is at under 50k

Clean cyan ros.
Brand new original, one of the most expensive parts I've ever paid for his unit lol.
Well I cleaned the Cyan lens yeah when went to look I saw how dirty was.
After doing that though I got erro code 094-321
I took out the assembly take off the cleaning blade put it back on but error still there. The machine boots up but with error.

Ok that error seemed to have happened because the front door opened while it was initializing. So after restart. Good to go again. Thanks much
And the faded issue was really from the Cyan laser needing cleaning. And to say I bought two new drums. Well at least won't have to buy again for a while. Thanks so much for all the assistance here.

If you ever need to clean it again, Xerox has a part that is essentially a 3 foot long toothbrush that allows you to clean the ROS windows without any disassembly. I got it in school and its a life saver. Unfortunately, I don't have the part number but it should be in the book somewhere.
All you need to do to clean the laser if you get the problem again is to remove tray 1 & 2, slide out the drum, ibt and transport draws lay on your back and reach your hand up into the machine and clean the laser glass from the bottom with a rag. If that doesn't fix it that's when the laser unit needs to be removed and clean the inside of the laser. I only replace laser units when they fail with error codes..
