Fuji Xerox Docucentre-iv c2265 help pls

I have a Fuji Xerox Docucentre-iv c2265 and I have error codes 092-312 and I am unable to print at all. All consumables show up as false on the supply page and there is error code 062-300 which I think is unrelated and help on fixes would be much appriciated. This printer has been siting for a while so I am not to sure of the condition of the toners or drums.

hire a trained tech.. Xerox is not meant to be serviced by a end user.

I spoke to a few techs over the phone they suggested replacing the drum, didnt fix the issue so they think there is an issue with the drum motor. Im currentley in the proccess of getting quotes from a few companys, what prices should I expect to pay and if the printer is even worth fixing at all?

062 300 is adf frame base crack on left side hinge
092 312 check developer clutch unit （ you can check when u take out drum unit there alot toner on back side where it goes into developer ）
