Hello!
Anybody help me with reserialization 7655 machine?

One day it forgot the serial number after a power outage.
I changed the yellow battery, but it doesn't help.
The flashing also did not help. firmware version 04003353375.

now with wcpp I see 22-352-00 error
and no Model number and no serial number (

I have serial number and I can generate new ID

hi unfortunately you cannot create a new serial number. Instead, you need to install xxxx053 spar software to take care of this problem.
