Toner not sticking to label paper

So we ran some labels on Saturday.
The client sent us these photos when placing labels on bottle.
The black especially is where the issue is.
Please see photos.
We used 257-300 gsm to run the prints.
It's a Xerox C75

Make sure you have set the machine to the correct weight of paper (increases heat in fusing section to stick toner to paper)
and make sure the paper is correct paper for digital printing.

genuine OEM Xerox toner?

not crap 3rd party?

is the media glossy?

is it approved for use in this unit?

what brand of labels are they using?

what thick setting is the machine set for?

what is the page counts on the fuser?

Most problems problems like this are stock profile related.
I'm not familiar with this exact model, but try to setup a custom paper profile in the onscreen settings (usually under the tools tab) and change the 'Toner Transfer' settings for the custom stock.
Try printing a sample page, and select the most solid colour swatch from the list.

If I remember correctly, some older Xerox models had "Special" as a paper type you could switch to when having these problems. I googled a C75 users manual and it didn't mention Special as a paper type. I suggest you play around with different paper type settings. Maybe Heavy or Transparency.

I have seen a few people try this use of labels. The toner rubs off the glossy paper being held and rubbed.

If you get lucky and get a non glossy label, also if fluid in the bottles? That would be a factor also.

The last 2 cures are put a clear laminate sheet over the labels, the best cure is, Let the Printer make them at the Print shop on the Press with rubber based ink.

I think the bottles are filled first not sure it varies.
We using the xerox C75 to run on vinyl label paper.

I doubt very much that vinyl media is an approved media. Isn't it a contradiction in terms: vinyl label paper?

I'm not a big fan of using toner based printers for labels unless it's plain paper. I use an ink based label printer (uses labels on a roll) here in our office for printing on vinyl labels.
