If I run it ltr-r its fine but the customer says its a bandaid fix . There running the cheapest staples 20lb paper . After looking at all the fuser temperature nvm's which one do I use ?

paper should be set on plain on the copier and print job.

what is the life counts on service parts?

are they using genuine OEM toner?

the fuser you used was it a pull from another machine?

I wouldn't go changing NVM settings until the last recourse.

The fuser was brand new I tried . The machine only has 20k total and the paper is set too plain .
