I have problen in only some PC.
My PC in the shop has same spec same OS same program and same driver.
When I want to print on paper size 12.5x19 or 12.5x18. Some PC can not fide paper size 12.5x18 , 12.9x19 but status in machine got it.!!

Ah! Well several points here:
Firstly, I can't read Taiwanese, and they have poor resolution so I couldn't read your screen shots if I did read Taiwanese.
Secondly 12.5" x 18" and 12.5" x 19" are not standard ISO sizes, not standard ANSI sizes, not standard Soviet, Swedish, or Chinese sizes.
The closest workable sizes might be:
Swiss/Neue Zurcher Zeitung: 12.598 x 18.701
Berliner or Midi (Newspaper): 12.4 x 18.5
C3 Envelope (ISO 269): 12.76 x 18.03
SRA3+: 12.54 x 18.1
SRA3++: 12.54 x 18.3
ANSI B+ or Super B, A3+ or Super A3 (not technically ISO 216): 13 x 19
Arch B (Architectural US), Full Bleed (US): 12 x 18
You may see some of these sizes on your list, or you can create a custom paper size just for this job.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
