Lines on prints C75

Now we have changed the drums to make sure it's not the drum or even the IBT as we checked and this is being cleaned after every run.
What we have realised is that the 2nd BTR roller does not clean off after an impression,
So we brought roller and blade but the wrong blade came. These are the prints.
Just want to confirm if it's the blade or something else. Before I order a new blade.
