Apeosport IV C3370 dead / blank because failed firmware update

Hello.

I bought a used copier , Fuji Xerox Apeosport IV C3370 (equivalent to WC 7435).
I cleaned, vacuumed it, replaced all drums, new toner, new developer+housing.
It was running great for 2-3 weeks in my workhop (I run independent copier lease/rental).

One day, when I printed a lot of presentation file (full color) the machine just stop printing and gives me code 041-310.
I restarted the machine. The machine is ready. When I hit print, immediately paper jam (the tray 1 pulled the paper, but machine stops the paper under transfer roll / BTR Assy). It shows code 041-310 again.


I looked it up in my manual.

I guess the error 041-310 was due to firmware.
I load the firmware using USB cable to PC.
Everything was running smoothly 100%.

The machine restart once and stuck at the screen 01/06 for an hour.
I'm guessing something is not right, maybe machine failed to update the firmware.
SO I thought I can redo the firmware update process by switch it off and turn it on again.

However, the machine just dead blank after I turn it on again.
I can't enter download mode, the machine screen was just dead blank.
No lights in the power saver / interrupt button.

Anybody had experience with this situation? please kindly share your suggestion.

i guess your problem is firmware related, what firmware is actually were you using it ? was it for apeos or workcentre ?

I used firmware for kisyu (apeos)
Post launch firmware version 1.104.4

If machine is dead see if the circuit breaker above the mains lead were plugged in has popped out its a white square button above the main lead plugs in

the circuit breaker above the main power cable is working fine. It has not popped out.

Is the main power lamp turn on, when your main switch power turn on.

i have xerox apeosport V C 3375, when it was still load to turn of, accidently I turn on the main power switch, after that i turned on it but fail, no reaction, only main power LAMP.

Is there any information for this problem
