Xerox ApeoSport VI C3371 error

I have a Xerox ApeoSport VI C3371 with the following errors CMYK Toners missing or not fully inserted and R1 Drum Cartridge missing or not fully inserted. I have replaced the R1 Drum Cartridge with R2 same error comes up. Any help will be appreciated.

check the toner chip / cartridge number

that machine have different region:
1. metered chip
2. asiapacific region chip
3. China region chip
4. Japan region chip

They are the correct chip. The machine was working fine with the exact same consumables in it, then all of a sudden after relocating it this comes up.

go check the CRUMS for all supplies... check door switches

I have already done that. Checked chips and door switches all look good. I just tried those consumables in another machine tested all toners and R1 Drum they work fine in another machine.

so then it could be crum readers..pull check for fubar'd connection.

I'm suspecting the Motor Drive PWB which also controls the drums and toner. I might replace that first.

does mtr dr pwb run the crums? i've had them go out on many models.
