Xerox WorkCentre 7830 All lights ON & LCD blank

Hi there,

all the lights on panel are on and got black screen, i tried to upgrade software, format hard-disk & then i have tried to re-install firmware.

all of the above solutions failed, I have attached the images for error is there anyone who can help me to troubleshoot the problem or i need to bring the machine to the service centre.

Initial entry to kernel - 0 Flashing - Waiting for Power Normal

1.Reload system software.
2.If problem persists, reseat SD Card.
3.If problem still persists, replace the SD Card.
4.If problem still persists, replace the SBC.

After successful memory test the display is set to 0 and remains 0 if autoboot is interrupted by user. If there is no user interrupt 0 remains until the Power Normal signal is raised (after POST has completed (~25s). If Power Normal is not raised or u-boot does not hand over to kernel then 0 will also remain displayed.

From experience - SBC battery voltage dropped below 2.7V. Replace battery and overwrite software. IMHO

I've seen this a couple time

Once I had to replace the network controller board
Another time was the power supply board behind the right side cover

Thanks for everyone for recomended troublshooting.

I successfully solve the previous error & now the Machine have another problem which I have showed in the video recording below:



I have tried the following solutions:

1: Tried AltBoot (tried 3 type of old Flash Drive)
2: Formated HDD (also tried with another HDD by formating FAT32)


is there any other way to solve the issue?

Re-image the SD card. If you don't have the image and utility, get a new SD card from Xerox.

this is problem due to hard disk. format hdd. try to do altboot.

Main board segment Displays number 2 and machine stuck anyone can help me to fix this error
