    Fault code 045-368 on dcvi c3371

    hi all,
    i am facing an error code 045-368 on the dcvic 3371, the machine was unable to fax in/out before the error code appeared. i have no idea what's went wrong.
    hope you guys can give some advises on this issue. thanks
    i have unpluged the connectors on the fax unit but same error appeared.
