Check the Half Tone test prints at 60% to see if there are any deletions due to a dirty ROS. This would cause the color registration to fail.

for registration problem initially check for any error history , then increase the brush level of each developer assembly and then power on the machine . also try to check for any defects in the imaging units.

it is clearly visible that yellow patch is defected and in very low density , adjust yellow developer brush level and your problem must get resolved .
