Xerox 5955 Replace Toner Cartridge (R1)

i have an issue with xerox 5955 , printer keep asking to replace toner cartridge , toner cartridge replaced , print cartridge replaced as well , with the same error
the toner level always is 10% i tried many new toner cartridges with the same error .
after few times , sound from the toner dispenser appear , so i notice the dispenser is full of toner and the print cartridge as well so the toner powder stuck on both units , i had to clean it and i tried again to install new toner , after few times again the toner dispenser full of toner and stuck also the print cartridge .
- if i install new print cartridge the and reinstall the toner cartridge it gives me (new toner cartridge install successfully ) with level 100% , after the machine go to sleep mode the problem come again with toner 10% level (Replace Toner Cartridge (R1))

toner dispenser already replaced , we have the same error
the old dispenser gear damaged because the dispenser keep filling the print cartridge with toner , it take the toner from the bottle and push it to print cartridge , till both get filled in toner and then the dispenser start making noise ,
the point is , nothing tell the dispenser to stop filling the print cartridge it keep filling till the gear breakdown , the same issue with the new dispenser , now we had to empty out both (dispenser and print cartridge ) every time we tray , to not loss the new disperse

Toner concentration sensor is in print cartridge.
So IOT PWB should be next step.

Do you have the part number ? there is any test i can do with the IOT PWB , or just replace it

Can you print a page, is it blank?
Reset NVMs - printer -copier -IOT-All! Try to check if the drum is turning! Cheat the front and side doors and turn the drum - dc330 93-045. Move the drum and check movement of developer dog drive gear PL40.15#8. Monitor dc131 - 501-349, it is refreshed after every printed page. If it keeps above 401 and does not change- the machine will keep filling drum cartridge. 2 possibilities - 1st: the toner does not reach Toner Concentration Sensor, 2nd:- IOT does not read the sensor - wiring, drum socket -PJ510, IOT itself. To make your life easier unplug dispenser - PJ767 on IOT.
For persistent 393-401 -peel (Gently!) and move the toner CRUM toward rear about a 1sm. But in your case is caused probably by clogged dispenser. Put the toner with CRUM to the right (3h).

@ Mustafaayed,Pls how did you solve this problem? I am having a similar problem. The copier is filling the toner supply and drum with toner. And any time you opened front door, it keep asking if a new toner is installed.
