Xerox WC 7970 does not start after moving to another customer

    Hi everybody,

We have a 7970 here that worked wonderfully when we took it down. The road to the new customer was a bit bumpy, but other copiers have survived it just fine.
Anyway, the 7970 powers up, then the green Xerox startup screen comes on for a very long time until the machine name is displayed, and then the machine restarts over and over again. The 7-segment display shows "C.".
The hard disk was replaced a short time ago before transport. Therefore I suspect the SD card. What do you think?
Do any of you have the SD image for a 7970?

    Best wishes
    Patrick

See if the bouncing knocked the heat sink loose on the SBC.

If the energy star logo is missing from green screen then can be SD card corruption caused by the SBC board.
I have image file for SD card 4Gb Lexar pn 237E27501 so you can try to rewrite the SD and see if that works. My email = stoadis@gmail.com
