V180 OHCF tray 6 "broken" related to error 078-251

V180 dual tray OHCF. Tray 6 reports as "broken". Error on display is 078-251. Can these two be related?

    Any help appreciated,

    Mystery Solved!

Once I received Service Manual + RAP 078-251 from Adrian Stoicescu (stoadis@gmail.com) started looking at the Tray Shift Screw.

The bearing for the Shift Screw had moved out of place, therefore letting the gear move out of place, and not homing the tray.

Once the bearing was put back in place, tray homes, problem solved.
