Color C70 with 094-322
Color C70 keeps spitting out 094-322 on boot. The error occurs right after the tray 5 lift motor engages. You hear a 'hard stop' from the machine (all motors stop), and when the display comes to ready state it gives the 094-322 error.
I've searched the forum and manual and have so far replaced:
- entire drawer (switched with other, know working, C60)
- front door interlock
- LVPS
- IOT driver PWB
- MCU PWB
- Main drive assembly
I'e also checked fuser F5001 and it's still intact. What else could be the issue?

Disconnect tray 5 and watch if the fault is gone.
If so clean and apply plastic grease as shown in figure

With tray 5 disconnected the fault is gone indeed. I replaced the tray thinking that might have caused something on the LVPS but didn't help. I will try your tip tomorrow!

Check your draw and main chassis plugs.. I had a few clients slam the draw closed and damaged the plug connectors..Plugs.pdf

Re: Color C70 with 094-322
Unfortunately Adrian's trick didn't work. I don't think it can be related to the drawer or anything in it, as I've replaced the entire drawer including 2nd BTR from an other machine which is working just fine. I have yet to replace the main chassis plug but honestly it looks pristine.
It might also be worth mentioning (I didn't mention in the first post) that the problem occurred in the middle of a large print job.

Re: Color C70 with 094-322
Hello Detonation.
Apparently you already changed everything that in the first instance could be with problems, that failure is also part of the printer's drive system, the 2ND BTR Cam Clutch is in charge of making the up and down movement of the transfer roller. In some cases this component works erratically generating the error.
I have also found that the main door Front Cover Interlock Switch sometimes gets contaminated and does not make a good electrical connection and also gives that error code.
Good luck
