Xerox Wc 7830 all toner with exclamation point

Hello
We have some Wc 7830 on the field, some of this machines have a problem with the toner levels, some shows an exclamation point for example on yellow toner, but the toner is full and OEM (already checked the sold/metered problem) if i change the toner with a new one nothing change, still shows empty toner. One of this machines have the problem with all four toners.
Any advice?
