IBT Drive Noise Xerox WC7855

Hi everyone !
I have one WC7855 with only 50k (real counter) which is making noise when printing , I found where the noise cames and that noise stops when we print with "127K64410 IBT Drive Motor" out of the machine ... Rotating the motor by hand doesnt make noise (didnt switch the motor) and allready changed the IBT by an used one just to check and the noise stills ...
I sprayed where I could spray the Drive Assembly ... Any help before I switch the whole "Drive Assembly" ?

does the noise sounds like rubber squeaking?
have you tried replacing the ibt cleaner?
