Error code 045 315 on C75

Hi there guys. Hope all is well.
I'm getting this error code on my C75. Machine just won't start up fully.
I checked its coming from Ros Y/M was told. But I would like to know from others here who may be experienced this if anything else could be causing it?
Like we were getting the IBT belt error then went to this.

Do you have service manual to follow the procedure from it ?
First step is to replace YM ROS cable, then CK ROS cable.
