Xerox 4265 lcd dim

We don’t usually service these but client has one older one they put in a small barely used office and the lcd has gone very dim. Anyone know if there are any adjustments you can do to brighten them or how hard it is to replace if not?

Looks like it tries to boot and finisher exit tray shakes then when it stops the screen goes slowly dim until dark. Any thoughts?
