Hate to say it but if you are not a certified Xerox factory trained technician, I highly recommend you DON'T go into special boot mode, even very experienced Xerox techs like myself have screwed up stuff in special boot mode a couple times but because we work for Xerox we can pick up the phone and call our support hotline. Otherwise, you will probably be out shopping for a new printer. Be warned Don't tell someone to jump in a lake unless you know they can swim
