AltaLink C8055 firmware update

Hoping someone can help.

One of my clients is having an issue scanning to email, their IT have requested I update the firmware.

I have found Xerox firmware is available to the end user, I see there is a firmware file & also service pack files.

From what I can tell they are currently on firmware version 101.001.019. 20200 which is from 2019.

Can I update the latest service pack “AltaLink_C8045_55_Software_Upgrade_103.002.031.32 310” via USB pen by simply copying the .dlm files !?

Thanks. I went for the EWS method it took over an hour but added the TLS1.2 option I needed for O365.

If I were to update a C8035 via USB pen which .dlm file should I use please ? The instructions from Xerox support don't say exactly which file to put on the USB pen drive.

That would be using the standard alt_boot method correct? (as opposed to forced_altboot)
