Workcentre 78xx (7830/7835/7845/7855) wont scan with office365 …

Hi !
we have being getting a lot of calls about wc78xx series only scan sometimes/some dont even scan trough smtp.office365.com , everything is well configured (Gateway ; DNS …).
I have listened about an update firmware and found Version 075.010.010.12010 (7830/7835) from 05/20 , most of our machines are Ver.73… but I cant or the machine dont even start firmware update with “upgrade” or “AltBoot” …

Last Xerox version seems to be 075.010.011.11100 …

Had this the other day. Machine also wouldn't take 75 firmware. I logged into TSIP and grabbed the latest 73 SPAR and it loaded fine and cured the scan to email problem

You have to upgrade your machine to enable the TLS 1.2 which is needed by Office365.

You will find the last firmwares here : Security Mini Bulletin XRX21A (xerox.com)
