GSN/edocs is being killed on 31/05/22 apparently. Interested in your views as personally I cannot understand why Xerox are replacing an old-fashioned clunky technical manuals portal with an old-fashioned clunky technical manuals portal?
I've not had any reason to use it properly yet as we only have a few Xerox out so can't comment, but just getting the few manuals I needed was painful both to start the process and the download itself..Originally Posted by jhalfhide

VERY slow! Nothing like rolling it out at the last minute, hoping all the bugs were gone.

And why in the 'My Library' view are there loads of manuals listed that I haven't downloaded and don't want!
At least you can filter it by 'Downloaded' I suppose...

Yeah, pretty much. You can easily find most copier companies manuals on the web, but Xerox is pretty tough to find because of
their edoc system.

Regarding the speed, mine has been so much better since the last update. Not what I'd call snappy, but not slow either.
