    C405, no transfer

    405 that came into the shop with light copies. If you stop the machine before the paper transfers, the image on
    the belt is solid, but it's only transferring about 10% to the paper.
    We had another 405 in the office, so we swapped out the 2nd BTR roller assembly and it made no difference.
    Tried the Transfer HVT board, didn't help.
    Used the bridge file and got the firmware up to 68.61.23, still has issues.
    Saw on a post for a 550 someone had to reset the NVM for the IOT but I wanted to check with someone that
    has more experience on giving this thing a labotomy before I tried something like that.

    Tried that, no luck. In the chain of things, it goes from the (transfer) HVT > Main HVT > Main MCU
    I guess the next link in the chain would be the next thing? Main HVT.
