just purchased this unit, installed and was getting a 044-397 error, swapped the cb ym cables and that error seems to have gone but now I am getting 045-393, not seeing info anywhere on this code, any assistance would be great, thanks

Clean the halftone pwb and check the fans are working.
What software version on machine ?

sorry for the late response, software version 80.43.51, the two fans on the input of the cables on the halftone pwb are working, I swapped the two cables and reseated the card inside the fiery controller. the error message changes 045-392, 044-396, 044-397, 045-392, 045-393 all are saying something about the halftone pwb, the cable, or controller, will will get a new set of cables and start troubleshooting from there, but anything you can think of would be of great help.
