xerox workcentre 3345 reboot problem

I can use the printer with a USB connection without any problems.
But when I want to use it with LAN cable, the printer reboots itself.
device does not have problems such as power settings or grounding.
I saw people with the same printer model and problem in the forum.
How can I overcome this problem?

Let me give you information about the network infrastructure I use.
Sophos firewall device available
I am using HP Gigabyte Switch.

Probably an IP conflict with something else on the network, change the IP address and see if it works.

Sounds more like a possible POE problem to me. Is the switch providing POE to the printer and causing an issue? What if you plug your laptop into the printer directly using ethernet. Configure IP on printer and laptop and try that. It would narrow things down to the network. Maybe try a simple little switch or home router too.

Hi All,

I have a problem of connecting my printer Xerox WorkCentre 3345 model to my wireless network, the problem started when I changed the internet provider so my printer is stuck on the old Wireless SSID. So when I go on the printer menu, it is not allowing me to change the old Wireless SSID, even when I connect the print direct to the ethernet cable it still will not allow me access.

So please can you advise me on this issue as I am stuck and ran out of ideas, so please can you help.
