Problem with Fiery EX560

Hey guys, I'm sorry to start my journey in this forum with a problem, but it's hard to me to fix

I have a Xerox 560 with Fiery EX560 / Windows XP, but the Fiery is not connecting with the machine anymore in own server with monitor attached, neither in another PC in network, I suspect there's some corruption on my system
The main problem is: I don't have the firmware software to try a new installation.
Where can I find the image to try?
