Hi, I'm a Toshiba tech, but I was asked to help with a Xerox-3330 phaser. Their printer is putting light streaks across the pages. I asked them to replace their drum and toner cartridges which they reported have done but the print quality problem still exists. The account is a little under 4 hours away, so any advice offered would be appreciated. I've worked on many models in the past, but very little experience with Xerox. If this were a Toshiba, I would say there was toner on the shield glass, is there a way for the customer to address this?
