    Xerox WC7830 wont print from ILLUSTRATOR 2021

    Hi !
    I have a customer with MasOS 13 with Driver Ver. 5.11.2 to print on Xerox wc7830 Software Ver.75 ...
    Client can print from everywhere except ILLUSTRATOR 2021 ... Laptop load the job and then "puff" disappear , nothing neither on Laptop or Machine.
    The main problem is , they use IL all the time and they want to quit contract because they say I must solve the issue and Im not solving.
    Any tips ?

      usually for mac. If the machine have postscript option installed, I will use postscript driver.
      otherwise I will use pdf driver / non-postscript driver. So try different driver

      what port are you using? LPD ? airprint?
