Is there a list Xerox service techs in different areas of the US?

I think you are going to need to be more specific.

A. Techs that worked for Xerox
B. Techs that worked for ASP's
C: Techs that are certified on which machines and products

And to my knowledge no list is available for any of the above.

Don't know of a list of the sort. Not sure if any manufacture makes a list like that public. Outside of saying which companies are qualified to service certain equipment.

Not sure what you're looking for but I service all models of Xerox.
