For those servicing Xerox 6204 wide format with access controllers is a bad news that xerox closed the website for coupon redeem and replacement, so, there's no way to reactivate the features if you need to reinstall the software.

It's bad news, I have clients who still have this equipment working and are not in a financial position to change it. They have more information on how to support these teams.

A friend of mine is Xerox technicall engineer and was looking on xrxgsn with no results.

You can log in xrxgsn and renew controller options

There's is a library where you type the server serial number but after you click send nothing happens, no file to download, no more steps.

Also I was trying to clone the HDD from a LVX server because the customer is worried about the situation and wants to save a backup, the cloning was made offline but didn't work, after the post the server freeze.
